Is this going to replace my local farmers markets?
NO! While we will be growing leafy greens & herbs with some overlap, we will also have varietals that you may not typically see at the local market. Some will be frilly, some will be crunchy, some will be multicolored, should be fun!
Where can I find your products?
We are growing! Currently you can find our greens showcased at the Flyover Brewing Company, The Mixing Bowl Cafe, and The Paradigm Concepts restaurants.
If you have an idea of somewhere else that would be a good fit please drop us a line! We are looking to expand locations when we are ready to scale.
Additionally, we are offering a seasonal CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program to the Scotts Bluff County area. Subscribe to our email list below to be informed when we have fresh greens for sale
Can you deliver to me?
We do not offer delivery to customers at this time.
How do you avoid using pesticides?
Because we grow in a controlled environment our crop isn't at risk of large scale infestations leading to a more reliable production and output.
This does not mean the lettuce can go without washing before eating however, please wash your lettuce!
